JOB DUTIES:

Job elements include managing back order reports, order confirmations, placing orders, new stock requests, data analytics, project support as well as managing our color match system. Under direction of the Senior Buyer, this position is responsible for:

  • Perform clerical duties for department manager and personnel
  • Compose correspondence, notices, memos
  • Act as backup for key functions in the department
  • Execute effective, results-oriented communication with suppliers
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support
  • Data Analytics and Report Creation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the school year, and full time over breaks
  • Enrolled in a college level business program
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cross functional skills and knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills


LOCATION: This position is temporarily remote. However, the student must be able to commute to our site in Mukwonago, WI if needed.

HOURS: This is a year-round position working Monday through Friday. Students are required to work part-time throughout the school year and full-time over summer break.
