Salary Range: $80,000.00/Yr. - $103,000.00/Yr.

Overview:

Intune Engineer:

Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Director of Solution Engineering, the Solution Engineer provides technical consulting to the TSO team and customers as required for technical issues or questions on product use and advanced technical products that occur during design and testing sessions. The Solution Engineer is the primary technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) involved in provisioning tools that the TIDC provides to our customers. The Solution Engineer assists the pre-sales team if any additional product expertise is required during the sales cycle. The Engineer provides consulting services to our customers such as health checks, system build and enhancements.

Responsibilities:
  • Works with our internal teams, vendors, and consultants in reviewing existing environment and analyzing the effectiveness and adequacy of the system, making recommendations for upgrades, replacement, and maintenance.
  • Builds, tests, and troubleshoots a wide array of issues related to images, policy standardization, application packing, and deployments.
  • Provides engineering support, including guidance and support on solution related products.
  • Assists the Architects and Imaging team on technical issues.
  • Assists with the collection of all data on Sales discovery calls to properly create a service solution.
  • Increases knowledge of technology in respective practice area, keeps abreast of changes, and maintains or achieves certifications for professional development.
  • Assists Technical Support Specialist on RFP requests.
  • Documents and reviews recommended best practices to aid in continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Five to eight years of prior experience in an IT environment.

 

Required Competencies:

Proficient in managing users and devices in the solution, deploying solution to clients and setting up mobile device management while managing, creating & testing solution policies.

For Intune Engineer:

  • SCCM, Azure, Microsoft 365, MCSE, Security +.
  • History of providing enterprise support, administration and troubleshooting for Autopilot and Mobile Device Management, as well as integrating, deploying, and configuring Intune either in a co-management or standalone manner.
  • Knowledge of Autopilot Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure and SQL, Significant knowledge of Windows Server.
  • Experience of implementing large scale and complex SCCM, Intune, MDM, MAM, Office 365, Windows 10/11 designs
  • Basic knowledge of AVD and Windows 365.
  • SCCM Architecture knowledge with hands-on experience regarding the inner workings of SCCM including SCCM Workflows.
  • Working/supporting MDM and Endpoint Management for enterprise customers.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server products.

Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements.

Able to work independently as well in a team environment.

Excellent written, oral, presentation and technical writing skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management PROSCI or Sigma Six.
  • Risk analysis and Remediation Planning.
