Job Description
Position Title: Welder Fabricator
Wage: $18-$25/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3:30pm

Welder Fabricator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform and maintain quality and craftsmanship in the products that are being welded or fabricated
- Cut, join, and shape metal and other materials, using heat and a range of tools
- Read detailed blueprints and schematics for complex machines
- Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut, and fit components into the final product
- Weld and solder pieces together
- Align components and connect them with bolts and screws
- Work with collaborative robots (cobots) to produce and assemble components
- Find faulty components in defective products to fix them
Welder Fabricator Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Welder certificate or related experience preferred
- Experience with hand tools, torches, power tools, and grinders
- Demonstrate strong general mechanical skills
- Lift and/or move up to 50lbs occasionally
